ΓÇó Delete the file ΓÇ£TimeTracker PrefsΓÇ¥ located in the Preferences folder within the System folder (quit TimeTracker before you do this). Note that has the side effect of also deleting your Category and Preferences list, but that can easily be rebuilt.
ΓÇó Allocate more RAM to TimeTracker. To do this
Quit TimeTracker, click once on the TimeTracker icon, and select ΓÇ£Get InfoΓÇ¥ from the File menu. A window like the one below appears. Change the Preferred size to a value larger than the Suggested size.
 
ΓÇó Scrolling, sorting, and displaying
The more data in a document, the slower it will do these actions. Due to limitations of the Macintosh List Manager, each file can contain only so much data (32,000 bytes to be exact). It's recommended to keep the percent full value (shown on the bottom right of each document) under 90%.
 
The percent full is an indication of how much data is in the file. This is not necessarily related to how many entries are in the file. For example, if you open the preferences window, and select either Long or Short Date, you will notice the percent full increases or decreases. That's because the long dates use more data to display than the short dates.
This limitation will be resolved in a future version of TimeTracker.
